Safe Box (cabinet) product standards include national standard GB10409-2001 "anti-theft safes" and industry standard GA166-2006 "anti-theft safe box". According to national standard safe box (cabinet) safety level, it is divided into 6 categories: A1, A2, B1, B2, B3 and C. A1 has the lowest safety level and should be able to prevent the use of common hand tools, portable electric tools and grinding heads and the mutual use of these tools, open the cabinet door within 15 minutes of the net working time or cause 38 square cm through holes on the cabinet door and Cabinet body.

Class C has the highest level of safety, which should be able to prevent the use of common hand tools, portable electric tools, grinding heads and special portable electric tools, cutting torches and explosives, open the cabinet door within 60 minutes of net working time or cause 13 square cm through holes on the cabinet door and Cabinet body, and its mass should not be less than 450 kilograms. From May 1, 2002, CNCA began to accept the first batch of certification applications for 132 products of 19 categories listed in the mandatory product catalog. The second batch of mandatory directories will be implemented from August 1, 2008. This includes safe (CTN) products. China security technology Prevention Certification Center is a mandatory product certification institution designated by the state for safe (CTN) products. For safe products that meet the requirements described in the mandatory record, they must pass the China Security Technology prevention certification and obtain the 3C certificate and strengthen the 3C mark before they can leave the factory, import, sell and use in business service places.

In 2018, the country canceled the 3C compulsory certification safe box of safe box. Safe box was integrated into safe box agency. In order to distinguish products, safe box carried out voluntary certification "CSP certification", which was all called "China public safety product certification". The certification mark was changed but the product process remained unchanged, which met the quality management and safety standards.
